Mr. Abel was acquitted of all charges: aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and DUI; Pittinger discussed the issues surrounding the impending G-20 Summit, scheduled in Pittsburgh on September 24 & 25, 2009; Pittinger reported on receiving an anonymous letter involving a domestic violence incident where the PBP police failed to make a related warrant arrest; 13 cases were reviewed.
