Contempt Sanctions Imposed on City of Pittsburgh for Failure to Respond to Subpoenas

“The City of Pittsburgh is found to be in criminal contempt of court and is hereby fined $500 for its failure to comply; and the City of Pittsburgh is found in civil contempt and shall be assessed penalties of $100, per day, for each day henceforth that it fails to comply with said subpoenas.”
