Ms. Hinton announced Mr. Bingler’s resignation effective following the June 22, 2010 board meeting; Ms. Hinton asked the board to consider establishing an ongoing community forum and encouraged the Board to create a panel comprised of police rank and file, community members and youth; Ms. Hinton reported on the expiring terms of all Council and Mayoral board member seats; Ms. Hinton publicly thanked Solicitor, Hugh McGough for his successful presentation during the hearing held by Judge Wettick, who ruled in CPRB’s favor with regards to enforcement of a subpoena to turn over G-20 documents; Discussion was held with an emphasis on Reverend Burgess’s bills regarding the Jordan Miles Police Reform Agenda; 15 cases were reviewed.
