Ms. Pittinger stated that the agreement/contract between the Citizen Police Review Board and Ward McGough has been submitted, reviewed and approved by City Council; Ms. Pittinger and the Board commenced a discussion about Jordan Miles, the CAPA High School student who was allegedly beaten by three Pittsburgh police officers; Ms. Pittinger intends to schedule a courtesy meeting with the recently appointed city council members, to discuss the CPRB process; Ms. Pittinger informed the Board of the following incomplete hearings (CPRB Case #59-07, #123-08 & #260-08); Pittinger reported on a motion that was filed in Common Pleas Court to enforce compliance, regarding a subpoena issued to Chief Harper/OMI in an effort to acquire specific G-20 documents; 18 cases were reviewed.
