Pittinger reminded Members to submit their completed State Ethics Financial Disclosure Forms by 5-1-08; Pittinger reported on an incident that occurred on 4/18/08 on Semple Street in Oakland in which several hundred young people participated in a street party that was a non-permitted event and were issued 60 citations with an estimated 10 physical arrests; 7 cases were reviewed.
