Ms. Hinton reported that she and Ms. Pittinger met with Mayor Ravenstahl, Deputy Chief of Police Paul Donaldson, and Public Safety Director Michael Huss regarding the agreement between the CPRB and the Office of Municipal Investigations; Investigator Carson provided a published article on the increased use of TASER by law enforcement officers and renewed concerns related to the effects on certain groups of people.
