At 6:45 pm Ms. Elizabeth C. Pittinger, Executive Director, conferred with Ms. Marsha Hinton, Chair, to cancel the meeting due to an emergency situation within the Board membership. They noted the absence of the quorum necessary to conduct a regular business meeting.
