A motion to retain Mr. Hugh F. McGough, Esq. for legal representation of the Board for 2011 was made by Ms. Roberts and seconded by Ms. Whitfield, and approved unanimously; Ms. Walker and the Board acknowledged and congratulated Ms. Pittinger on 12 years of service as the Executive Director of the CPRB; The Board held an official election for 2 year termed executive officers, Chair and Vice Chair. Ms. Walker accepted the position of Chair. Mr. Norman accepted the position of Vice Chair.
